rma returns process

A Returns Material Authorisation (RMA) number must be obtained before sending items back to Axell Wireless for repair or servicing.

By filling in and submitting the details below, you will receive an RMA Number (one RMA number per item returned), which you will use to label the package with. Our customer services team will then be in touch to handle your request and will issue an RMA number to you within two working days.

Packaging

Please ensure the items to be returned are suitably packaged to protect them in transit and labelled with the RMA number. Note the RMA number on the return paperwork and quote the RMA number when contacting Axell Wireless about the items.
