General customer information on REACH

Since the introduction of REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and restriction of Chemicals) aimed at reducing the risk of chemical substances to human health and the environment, Axell Wireless assumes responsibility for this obligation.

Important requirement of the REACH Directive is the reliable transfer of relevant information within the supply chain, to the suppliers (upstream, Article 33) as well as to the customers (downstream, Article 31, 32).

Axell Wireless is a manufacturer of radio communications equipments and all our products are manufactured in accordance with the regulations, including REACH, applicable to them. Within the meaning of the REACH regulation,  Axell Wireless products are articles (non-chemical products) and, as far as apparent, they are not subject to registration, evaluation or authorisation because, to the best of our knowledge, no chemical substances are released under normal or reasonably foreseeable conditions of use, or their total content does not exceed the quantity of 1t/a.

In short, there will be no requirements of registration for the articles we supply to you. In order to guarantee no disturbance in the manufacturing, we will assure that our upstream suppliers will pre-register where required and then register substances in their products.
