The Axell Wireless Services Team was established to assist Axell Wireless customers in enhancing their radio network performance by specifying, deploying and maintaining wireless coverage solutions. The team possesses a broad range of skills to provide practical technical support to our customers, ensuring complete satisfaction with the Axell Wireless range of products and services.

The key to our success is flexibility, both in the approach to solving radio coverage problems and in working with our customers to find the right solution for them. Whether the requirement is for a complete survey, design, installation and maintenance package or perhaps provision of a simple training course, the Axell Wireless Service team can help.

The range of products offered is easily broken down into six distinct categories allowing customers to select as much or as little assistance as they need to compliment their own capabilities and experience.

Survey
Using our broad skillset covering all aspects from design through to implementation; the Axell Wireless survey teams are able to assess potential sites where coverage enhancement may be required

Design
Our engineers work directly with our customers to understand their needs and to develop solutions that are practical, technically excellent and cost-effective.

Installation
The installation teams have experience of providing a large number of both in-building and external coverage solutions. They can work to any standard specified, including the stringent requirements of railway and airport authorities operating with defined method statements if required.

Commissioning
While many of our customers are fully comfortable with designing and installing coverage solutions, it is sometimes the case that specialist knowledge and equipment is needed to commission systems and verify the correct operation of the system. Axell Wireless is able to supply personnel with the experience required as well as the equipment needed to set up and test radio systems.

Support
Axell Wireless can maintain installations to any level the customer requires. Current support contracts range from a hot line telephone suppport services through to software upgrades through to a full on site support service operating 24/7, 365 days a year. In addition, full remote monittoring services can be provided from our own network montoring centres enabling Axell Wireless to proactively manage your coverage solution and thus ensure minimum downtime.

Training
Training packages are available to allow customers to design, install and maintain their own systems, should they wish to do so. Training courses are tailored to meet individual circumstances.
