AXELL ASSIST Axell Assist is a priority 3rd line telephone and email support service designed to ensure you always have access to our highly qualified engineers who are employed to advise you on any element of Axell’s supplied hardware. This single point of contact service is provided during standard office hours or if required, tailored up to 24 hours a day 365 days a year.
AXELL AEM UPDATE AEM Update is a software support service designed around Axell’s AEM monitoring software package to ensure you are provided with the very latest software feature benefits along with simple no hassle telephone support services. This single point of contact service is provided via telephone and email during standard office hours giving you total access to our highly qualified network configuration engineers.
In addition to having access to our technical support team you are also provided with a secure internet facility to download the latest AEM feature releases once a year and unlimited software patch releases throughout the term of the contract, ensuring you are always maximising your initial software purchase.
AXELL EXCHANGE Axell Exchange is an all encompassing 3rd line support and rapid replacement service aimed at helping you maintain good RF coverage at all times.
Our 3rd line manufacturer telephone and email support service is designed to ensure you always have access to our highly qualified engineers who are employed to advise you on any element of Axell’s supplied hardware.
